Welcome to Kindergarten at Trout Creek Academy!
At Trout Creek Academy, we empower all students to persevere, discover their strengths, and excel in their educational journey and beyond.
We are excited to offer two summer screening dates. Our screenings will take place at Timberlin Creek Elementary on July 15th and July 24th. We will also complete kindergarten screenings during staggered start for students that are unable to sign-up for a summer spot.
To be eligible for public kindergarten in the SJCSD, children must be 5 years old on or before September 1 and must reside in St. Johns County.
Other requirements for registration:
- Birth certificate/Guardianship Documents
- Documentation of a health examination performed within one year of enrollment
- Proof of completed required immunizations on Form DH680
- Proof of residence per the Residency and Guardianship Policy located at www.stjohns.k12.fl.us/student/residency/
