Students at Trout Creek Academy can participate in athletics in two ways: (1) through St. Johns County School District athletic programs and (2) through the St. Johns Middle School Athletic Association (SJMSAA). Those sports sponsored through the SJCSD and Trout Creek Academy are managed by the school while those sports sponsored by the SJMSAA are managed through that affiliated group.
